A ghavan (also spelled as "ghavane" or "ghawan") is a traditional, rice prepartion alike Dosa, from the Konkan region of India, especially popular in Maharashtra.

This ghavan flour is made primarily from rice flour and urad flour. It is akin to neer dosa and is known for its delicate and soft texture.

Just add water and salt and the batter is ready. 22-25 Ghavan can be made from a pack
